GROUP REFORMER & BARRE
Group classes are results driven, and designed to be energising and restorative in an inclusive community setting.
Expect to strengthen and stretch all the various muscle groups in our various Pilates and Barre classes.
The small group sizes (6:1) allow for individual attention dedicated to develop each clients form and technique.
Suitable for beginners as well as the more advanced, we offer progressions and regressions in all sessions so that you are both supported and challenged in the areas that you need.
Should you have particular injuries or limitations that you feel may need more specialised attention, you may wish to book in for a semi private or private studio class. BUMPS N BUBS REFORMER & BARRE
Bumps n Bubs group classes provide a space for you to connect with other new or expecting parents whilst connecting to your body as well.
There is focus on postural awareness, strengthening deep abdominals, and developing pelvic floor control in a safe, relaxed environment.
Our classes are suitable right up until birth (unless otherwise advised by your healthcare practitioner) and are suitable approximately 6 weeks after giving birth (with a letter of clearance).
You are of course welcome to bring bub along to class and take breaks as needed to attend to them- or hold them whilst you exercise for an added challenge!
Whether you are pre or post natal, if you feel comfortable, you are of course welcome to attend other classes outside of the bumps n bubs schedule without your baby. We will offer modifications for any positions or exercises that may not be suitable for you.

TEENS REFORMER
Our Teens Reformer courses run for 8 weeks each term and are designed to support developing bodies.
The small group classes (6:1) offer lifelong benefits including postural awareness, coordination and control, positive self esteem, relaxation and breathing techniques, and set the foundations for efficient movement through adolescence.

1:1 PRIVATE CLASSES
Private classes (1:1) are personalised for the individual. They provide opportunity for you to develop your knowledge of the Pilates technique and create awareness around how your own body operates. Each class will be modified to suit the client, taking into consideration personal goals and limitations.
All private classes will utilise the full range of studio pilates equipment; including the cadillac, wunda chair, reformer and other props as appropriate for each individual.
An initial assessment is required prior to booking private classes.

PRIVATE DUET CLASSES
Private duet classes (2:1) are a fantastic opportunity to connect with a friend whilst nourishing your body. These classes are designed taking into consideration the requirements of each individual.
All duet classes will utilise the full range of studio pilates equipment; including the cadillac, wunda chair, reformer and other props as appropriate for each client.
An initial assessment is required for each client prior to booking duet classes.

SEMI PRIVATE STUDIO CLASSES
Semi private studio classes (4:1) are personalised for each individual. They provide opportunity for you to develop your knowledge of the Pilates technique and create awareness around how your own body operates. All studio class will utilise the full range of studio pilates equipment; including the cadillac, wunda chair, reformer and other props as appropriate for each client.
